This class will focus on the information that installing contractors need to know to make homes more comfortable and meet the Version 3 ENERGY STAR Requirements.  The training takes a contractor's view of HVAC design and outlines a process that recognizes the time and budget constraints of the new housing market.  The topics of heat loss/heat gain, equipment selection, fan performance, duct design and register and grille selection will be covered.  The class is designed for maximum audience participation including hands-on exercises.  Click HERE for a flyer with more information about this training.

**Materials requirements for training: Manual D is a required textbook for these classes.  You must bring your own copy or purchase one at the time of registration at the ACCA membership price of $65 (including shipping).  Please notify Nicole Cecchini (ncecchini@northwestenergystar.com) a minimum of ten days in advance of the training date if you would like to order the manual as part of your registration.  The manuals can also be ordered online through ACCA at https://www.acca.org/store.
