CALL FOR 2012 ADVANCED HOME PROJECT PLANS 

Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes is looking to foster the construction of advanced performance homes in Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. In an effort to increase consumer and builder awareness for new technologies and advanced building practices, we'd like to learn more about your upcoming projects.

We may be able to support them in one or more of the following ways:

• Direct funding assistance
• Paid advertising
• Public relations/press engagement
• Training and technical support
• Custom promotional material
• Utility incentives
• Other promotional support, including editorials, web and social media features, and giveaways  

To be selected, the Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes team will be looking for homes that surpass current Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes requirements by incorporating one or more of the following elements: 

• Advanced performance wall assemblies
• Envelope infiltration less than 2.0 ACH50
• HVAC: HRV and ductless heat pump or ducts inside
• Water Heating: Northern Climate Heat Pump Water Heater or condensing gas
• Hot water distribution: demand pumping loop or core layout
