New to the program? You can start by choosing your Verifier who will guide you through the Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes building process. The Verifier reviews your building components to ensure you've met compliance requirements and submits all information to the State Certification Organization (SCO) for your homes' ENERGY STAR certification. Your Verifier will charge a fee that includes verification services and ENERGY STAR certification.
