Home Verifiers Resources
To earn the ENERGY STAR label, homes must be built to one of the Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes Builder Option Packages (BOPs) listed here. Also posted are several tools and resources to help you reach certification including Trade Compliance Options, Sampling Protocol Guidelines, QA Protocols, Lighting Guidelines, and Critical Details.

All homes initiated in the Northwest ENERGY STAR homes database or permitted on or after Jan. 1, 2011 must be built to the 2011 standard to receive the ENERGY STAR label.
